CM302 Vandoren Bb Clarinet 5RV Lyre Mouthpiece

Vandoren CM302 5RV Lyre Traditional Bb Clarinet Mouthpiece

Created in the early 1930s by Robert Van Doren, the 5RV Lyre has been a favorite of clarinetists for generations. It builds on the legendary 5RV with a slightly more open tip and a longer facing, so it plays well with a slightly lighter reed and gives you more flexibility and a more open, colorful sound. It's responsive and easy to control in every register, which makes it an excellent choice for advancing students moving up from a stock mouthpiece as well as experienced players looking for a dependable everyday mouthpiece. This version features Vandoren's traditional beak shape.
