Yamaha FS800JNT Small Body Acoustic Guitar

Yamaha FS800J Concert Acoustic Guitar - Natural

Solid Spruce Top. Big Sound. Unbeatable Value.

The Yamaha FS800J is one of the best-selling solid-top acoustic guitars in the world, and for good reason. It pairs a solid spruce top with Yamaha's scalloped bracing for a louder, fuller sound in the lows and mids than you'd expect at this price. Its concert-size body is slimmer and more compact than a dreadnought, so it's especially comfortable for smaller players and anyone who plays sitting down. The FS800J is the updated version of the FS800.

It's a guitar that beginners can grow into for years and that experienced players happily keep around as a go-to strummer.

A Solid Top Makes the Difference

A solid spruce top vibrates more freely than laminate, so the guitar sounds rich and open on day one and keeps getting better as the wood ages. Yamaha's engineers used acoustic analysis and simulation to design the bracing, giving the 800 Series a strong, balanced voice.

Built to Play

The nato/mahogany back and sides, rosewood fingerboard and bridge, and die-cast tuners make this a dependable, easy-playing guitar that holds its tuning.
